The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a very relaxing and powerful meditation that has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits, including:

With so much to gain, I’ve decided to put together a video for anyone interested in joining the new weekly meditation group in Chobham on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am to 10:30am. I’ve decided not to offer doing this via Zoom remotely as there have just been NEW online weekly meditations introduced – perfect for when you aren’t able to attend in person but want to get the benefits from this powerful group meditation.

To attend the weekly meditation using Zoom, please download the Zoom App onto your mobile device. You will then need to register to the weekly sessions you wish to attend, and will then receive the details to join the session.
